Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of www.tamilpsd.in (“TamilPSD”), By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Accounts
Browsing is open to everyone. Downloading requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should use one account; creating multiple accounts to get around download limits is not allowed.
2. Pro downloads
- No free plan: browsing and previews are free, but downloading any design (PSD or PNG) needs an active Pro plan.
- Pro: 50 PSD downloads per day for the plan period: ₹189 for 28 days, ₹900 for 6 months (182 days) or ₹1,499 for 1 year (365 days).
- Plans are prepaid, do not renew automatically and start when payment is confirmed.
- Daily limits reset every day. Unused downloads do not carry over.
- We may change prices or limits for future purchases; changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. Permitted use of templates
When you download a template you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- edit it and use it in designs for yourself or your customers, including printed flex banners, invitations, cards and social media posts;
- charge your customers for your design and printing work based on the template.
4. Prohibited use
- Re-uploading, sharing, selling or giving away the original or lightly modified PSD/PNG files, on any website, app, Telegram or WhatsApp group or drive link.
- Claiming the original templates as your own product or selling them as templates.
- Using automated tools to download files or bypass limits.
- Using designs for unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading purposes, or in a way that violates someone's rights.
5. Photos, logos and third-party content
Some templates contain photos of public figures, party symbols, deity artwork or other elements that may be owned or controlled by others. These are included as placeholders and design references. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your final use, and for following election rules and local regulations on banners and advertising.
6. Availability
We try to keep the website and download links working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove designs at any time.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Templates are provided “as is”. Please check every design before printing. To the extent permitted by law, TamilPSD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as reprinting costs, arising from use of the website or templates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. See also our Disclaimer.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including redistribution or limit abuse. Where a paid plan is closed for abuse, no refund is due.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
