Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TamilPSD (www.tamilpsd.in), (“we”, “us”), collects when you use the website, how we use it and the choices you have. By using the website you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and a unique account ID from Google through Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage and download records
To apply daily download limits we store, against your account, the designs you download, the date and time, and daily counts. We also keep basic security information such as IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.
Payments
If you buy a Pro plan, payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive the order ID, payment ID, amount, plan and status. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the payment process.
Messages
If you use our contact form, we store your name, email address (if given) and message so we can reply.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) to deliver and protect the website.
2. Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to:
- keep you signed in and remember your session (Firebase Authentication);
- remember preferences such as favourite designs;
- protect the website against abuse;
- measure how the site is used; and
- show and measure advertising, as described below.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and downloads may not work.
3. Advertising and Google AdSense
We use, or may use, Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Where required by law, for example for visitors from the European Economic Area or the UK, a consent message will ask for your permission before personalised ads are shown.
4. How we use information
- to provide downloads and apply the Pro daily limits;
- to activate and manage Pro subscriptions and show your payment history;
- to answer messages and support requests;
- to detect and prevent abuse, fraud and automated downloading;
- to improve the website and the design collection.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website: Google (Firebase authentication and database), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and advertising partners such as Google AdSense as described above. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data retention
Account and download records are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can stop using the website and sign out at any time.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account information by contacting us. Some payment records may need to be kept by law.
- You can control cookies through your browser and advertising personalisation through the links above.
8. Children
TamilPSD is intended for designers and businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable service providers to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.
