DMCA & Copyright Policy

TamilPSD respects the intellectual property of designers, photographers and artists. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its intermediary rules, and the principles of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting infringement

If you believe a design, image or other content on TamilPSD uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice through our contact form (start your message with “Copyright / DMCA”) or by email to info@tamilpsd.in. Please include:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
2. A description of the original work you own, with a link or file showing it.
3. The exact URL(s) on TamilPSD of the content you believe infringes it (for example https://www.tamilpsd.in/design/wedding/tamilpsd-1234/).
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

• We acknowledge valid notices and aim to act within 72 hours.
• If the notice is complete and reasonable, we remove or disable the content and its download link.
• Where we know who supplied the content, we may inform them.
• Accounts that repeatedly upload or redistribute infringing material are closed.

Counter-notice

If content you supplied was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have permission, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, a statement explaining why the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We may restore the content unless the complainant informs us that they have started legal proceedings.

Misuse

Please only send notices for content you own or represent. Knowingly false notices may lead to legal liability.

Templates on TamilPSD may not be redistributed. If you find TamilPSD files being resold or shared elsewhere, please tell us using the same contact details.
